Our Story
Designing calm on a small scale.
NIDO ISOLA is a small, architect-designed holiday home on an exceptionally small hillside plot — created with the belief that true luxury is not about size, but about clarity. On Monte Isola, the largest lake island in Italy, we designed a boutique retreat where architecture, silence and light come together in a way that feels both intimate and expansive.
Every square meter was thoughtfully planned, inspired by contemporary design, Italian craftsmanship and the idea that spaces can feel generous even when their footprint is minimal. Large windows open to Lake Iseo, natural textures soften the architecture, and every detail follows a simple principle: Luxury is simplicity.
The house is currently under construction and will open soon. Final images and details will follow as we complete the finishing touches.

Designed for couples, families or friends who value architecture, comfort and simplicity.

A rooftop with wide, open views over Lake Iseo. Designed as an outdoor living space, it features a premium whirlpool, comfortable seating and calm corners to unwind from sunrise to sunset. More details coming soon.
